These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the WaevUp mobile application (“App”), which is operated by WaevWorks (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Use of the App
By using the App, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. All activity under your account is your responsibility.

3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

4. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and branding within the App are the property of WaevWorks. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any materials without permission.

5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the App.

7. Modifications
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
